【纬度新闻网】10月19日晚间，中国铝业、中国神华、中国核电、中国建筑、国电电力、内蒙华电等六家央企先后披露了控股股东的增持计划，此外，国电南瑞披露回购计划。
具体来看， 中国铝业公告，控股股东拟以2.5亿元至5亿元增持公司A股股份。
中国神华公告，控股股东拟增持5亿元至6亿元公司A股股份。
中国核电公告，控股股东及其一致行动人拟不超5亿元增持公司股份。
中国建筑公告，控股股东拟5亿元-10亿元增持公司股份。
国电电力公告，控股股东拟以3亿元-4亿元增持股份。
内蒙华电公告，控股股东拟以1亿-2亿元增持公司股份。
回购方面，国电南瑞公告，拟以自有资金回购公司股份用于股权激励，回购金额不低于5亿元、不超过10亿元。
中信建投研报指出，上市公司回购增持热潮有利于向市场传递积极向好的情绪，彰显市场对于经济复苏的信心。在分析近年来主动式回购对资本市场的影响后，发现其在短期内对市场有积极的正向作用，往往在公布回购预案和公告的一个月内，股票上涨的公司数量显著增加，而后逐渐回落。
