“加沙不是言论的舞台。它应该是行动的舞台，”莱西在前往沙特阿拉伯首都利雅得参加阿拉伯和伊斯兰国家峰会之前在德黑兰机场说道。
他补充说：“今天，伊斯兰国家的团结非常重要。”
这是自德黑兰和利雅得根据中国斡旋协议结束多年的敌对状态以来，伊朗国家元首首次访问沙特阿拉伯。
