【纬度新闻网】12月15日，据香港电台网站、星岛网等港媒报道，壹传媒创办人黎智英涉串谋勾结外国势力案，将于12月18日在西九龙裁判法院开始审理。对此，香港特区政府保安局局长邓炳强表示，入法庭人士需经过X光和搜查，香港警方也会在法院加强巡逻，并会派出搜爆犬。不会容许任何人骚扰审讯或恐吓司法人员，会采取果断行动。
邓炳强提到，基于过往审讯同类案件，所谓的旁听者骚扰检控人员，大声喧哗，对司法人员采取挑衅行为，甚至在法庭里大声叫嚣影响法庭审讯。针对这些可能会危害到他人或者影响到审讯行为，香港警方已经和司法机构作出协调，香港警方将作出相应行动包括加强搜查。
据香港电台网站报道，邓炳强还提到，国安法有域外效力，通缉犯如过街老鼠。
