2023年12月28日，据证监会消息，中央组织部有关干部局负责同志出席深圳证券交易所干部会议，宣布中央决定：沙雁任深交所党委书记。
公开资料显示，沙雁，女，汉族，1972年9月出生，黑龙江齐齐哈尔人，管理学博士。2013年5月起先后任中国证监会上市公司监管二部副主任，上市公司监管部副主任，证券基金机构监管部副主任、主任。2020年6月起任深圳证券交易所党委副书记、总经理。
