诺基亚在一份声明中表示：“该协议解决了双方在所有司法管辖区之间所有悬而未决的专利诉讼。协议条款按照双方商定的方式保持保密。”
这是诺基亚在过去 13 个月内签署的第 6 份主要智能手机授权协议，此前与苹果、三星、OPPO、荣耀和华为达成了协议。
