【纬度新闻网】据蓝鲸财经消息，日前深圳坪山玺悦台业主以该项目开发商违规降价为由，致信相关监管部门引发市场广泛热议。该项目业主在朋友圈发文称，“由华润置地和招商蛇口合资开发的坪山玺悦台项目售卖价从开盘时约4万元/平方米，骤降至2.38万元/平方米。自2024年2月23日起，整个深圳的地产中介圈都在宣传玺悦台2.38万元/平方米的售价，并已成交多套。”同时，该位业主还透露，其所购房产备案单价为约4万元/平方米，造成业主资不抵债。
对此，记者拿到一份由该项目合资公司深圳市创勇企业管理有限公司发布的声明函，声明函称“我司就该项目商品房网签价格均未低于该项目不动产销售备案价的85折，且我司未做过该项目降价的宣传和推广。关于该项目降价的海报和小视频等宣传和推广内容均属于渠道中介的个人行为。”
