【纬度新闻网】淮滨县联合调查组周一（10月7日）发布官方通报称，近日，网传“男子接亲被加要18万彩礼”的视频，引发网民和媒体关注。淮滨县委县政府高度重视，立即成立由宣传部、民政局、公安局、谷堆乡党委政府等部门组成的联合调查组，迅速开展调查处理。经查，10月1日，淮滨县谷堆乡村民黄某（新郎）与陈某（新娘）举办婚礼，在接亲过程中，因新郎将18.8万元礼金转账至新娘个人银行账户，新娘家人认为没有直接收到礼金，便阻止婚车离开。公安部门接警后立即赶赴现场处置，新娘顺利出嫁。后谷堆乡和公安部门对新娘哥哥的行为进行训诫，并组织双方调解，由新郎支付新娘家购置嫁妆费用3万元，至此涉事双方达成和解。
调查组表示，10月6日下午，淮滨县召开全县专项会议，强化宣传引导，推进移风易俗，坚决防止此类问题再次发生。
