【纬度新闻网】据《法治日报》报道，2024年12月24日，江苏盐城农民卖羊获利180元被当地大丰区市场监管局罚款10万元的行政诉讼案件，在盐城中院二审公开开庭。
据《人民法院报》周二（2月25日）披露，江苏省高级人民法院积极协调省、市市场监管部门，有效推动该市场监管局启动行政行为自我纠正程序，并指导盐城中院依法依规妥善处理此案。最终，大丰区市场监管局自行撤销了原处罚决定，将罚款金额由原来的10万元调整为1万元。当事人按新的处罚决定缴纳罚款，并向盐城中院提交了撤诉申请书，申请撤回该案上诉和一审起诉。
中国国务院关税税则委员会周五（4月11日）发布公告，自2025年4月12日起，调整《国务院关税税则委员会关于调整对原产于美国的进口商品加征关税措施的公告》（税委会公告2025年第5号）规定的加征关税税率，由84%提高至125%。
据彭博社预计，若对华商品加征100%关税，中期内将几乎消灭美国从这一亚洲制造强国的所有进口。总体而言，美国对所有国家的平均关税率将达24.7%，未来两三年内GDP预计下降3.6%，美联储偏好的通胀指标上升2.1%。
